Getting engaged is thrilling, but once the excitement dies down, it’s time to start thinking about the wedding planning process. As a photo booth company, we have seen our fair share of weddings and have some helpful tips on where to start planning.
Venue open houses are an excellent way to make the most of wedding planning. Many venues host open houses where you can tour the space, meet with the staff, and see how they set up for weddings. They often invite other vendors to participate, so you can meet companies the venue frequently works with.
Serock Catering hosted a tasting at Appleford Estate for couples booked at the venue as well as others who were still looking.
The Drexelbrook invited their clients and other couples to BVT’s Live Band Showcase. Three of their bands put on a show for the attendees and all vendor types showed off their services between band sets.
Cescaphe University is exclusively for couples already booked at one of their venues. This month they focused on the groom. There are plenty of ways to incorporate the groom’s interests and personality into the wedding planning process.
From signature cocktails to personalized wedding favors, vendors showed off many creative ideas to make the day unique and special for everyone.
We also recommend attending wedding expos. These events bring together all types of vendors, from venues to photographers to florists. You can get a sense of their work, ask questions, and get a feel for what you want for your special day.
We recently attended the American Bridal Show at Citizens Bank Park, and it was an excellent opportunity to connect with couples and showcase our photo booth. Bride and grooms-to-be took photos with their wedding planning crew to document this stage in the marriage process!
