First, let’s talk about the backdrop. Our backdrops are 7 and a half feet tall and wide, to make sure everyone can fit in the frame! It is essential to have a ceiling clearance of at least 8ft to ensure there is enough room.
If your venue space has lower ceilings, make sure you let us know! We have a few backdrop options that can work.
For the floor plan, we need an 8ft by 8ft space. Our camera is placed about 6ft from the backdrop, allowing for enough room for guests to pose and take photos. This also allows for larger groups to fit in the frame.
We typically ask for a 6ft table as part of our setup as well. The table is for the printer and props.

We take into account factors like where people will be walking, the number of guests, and the type of event being held to make sure that the photo booth is set up in the most efficient and effective way.
