How Far In Advance Should You Book A Photo Booth?

Planning an upcoming event? We all know that can be a lot of work – and it becomes even more challenging when venues and/or vendors you want don’t have availability.

How far in advance should you book your photo booth?

Book a Photo Booth: The Sooner the Better

Dates are being reserved quicker and farther in advance than usual. Our main goal is a quality experience so our expert team handles two events per day at most per day to ensure each event is executed to perfection.

We recommend booking a photo booth around 6-9 months in advance if possible. If you hold off and try to book last minute, you might be lucky and there could be availability – but why leave it up to chance?

If you already have your date and venue locked in, it is always best to reserve as soon as possible and that goes for all of your vendors! Many only take a few clients per day, so if there is a company you definitely want to use, book now!

Vendor Events

Recently, we attended a tasting hosted by Perfect Setting Catering at Appleford Estate in Villanova. Brides and grooms for weddings in the summer and fall of 2022 already locked in their venue and started the process of looking for vendors.

They showed off their food offerings by having a large menu to taste from. Waiters came around with hors d’oeuvres and there were multiple stations for all kinds of foods.

Perfect Setting Catering also highlighted their various table setting options, complemented by floral arrangements by Fleur De Lis Floral.

Bredenbeck’s Bakery offered sample cake tasting and showed off some of their cake designs. The Midnighter’s created ambiance while playing a collection from their song list and Todd Zimmerman from Pictures by Todd photographed the event.
